Jonathan F.P. Rose (born 1952) is an American real estate developer and member of the Rose family. He is best known as a developer of affordable, environmentally responsible, and socially conscious communities. Rose is also the founder of Gramavision Records and the author of The Well Tempered City: What Modern Science, Ancient Civilizations and Human Behavior Teach Us About the Future of Urban Life.
