His past positions include Senior Chef de Partie at Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saisons, a Michelin Two-Star restaurant in Great Milton, and Executive Sous Chef at the James Beard Best New Restaurant award-winner Bradley Ogden in Las Vegas.
