Traci Des Jardins

Traci Des Jardins is a two-time James Beard award-winner who has earned a number of industry accolades throughout her career. She has multiple restaurants in San Francisco including Jardinière, The Commissary, and Arguello.

Tanya Holland

Tanya Holland is the Executive Chef and Owner of Brown Sugar Kitchen and B-Side BBQ in Oakland, CA. She is the author of two cookbooks, was a host and expert on Soul Food for the “Melting Pot” series on Food Network, and is a featured judge on the upcoming kitchen competition series My Momma Throws Down on TV One.

Joanne Weir

Joanne Weir is a James Beard award-winning cookbook author, cooking teacher, and co-owner of Copita in Sausalito, California. Joanne has written 18 cookbooks and is in pre-production for her next series called “Plates & Places” which will air nationally on PBS and CREATE.
