Josey Baker Bread has a team of bread bakers who work out of The Mill, the cafe/bakery collaboration with Four Barrel Coffee that was opened in February 2012. His journey began when he was gifted a sourdough starter in 2010 from his childhood friend and he baked so much bread that he had to start giving it away. He sold the bread and became passionate to quit his job to become a full time baker.
