Talk: Guittard Chocolate

Watch Amy Guittard and Pastry Chef Donald Wressell in the Teaching Kitchen as they demo two delicious recipes you can easily make at home: Sinful chocolate pound cake and Triple chocolate cookies. Both recipes are from their Guittard's first cookbook, Guittard Chocolate Cookbook. This book is so much more than a cookbook, as is this fifth-generation family of chocolatiers. Learn the story of the San Francisco-based family and company, all the work they do to maintain direct relationships with farmers, and some of their favorite time-tested family recipes.
