Talk: Creator of Star Wars Epic Yarns and Cozy Classics Books

Holman Wang visited Google to showcase his new book series, Star Wars Epic Yarns, where he and his brother retell the original movie trilogy in just 12 words and 12 scenes with meticulously detailed needle felt. Holman went behind the scenes using images, video and a deep dive into depicting the beloved scenes in exact 7:1 scale. This is the same technique used to create the Google Doodle tribute to Laura Ingalls Wilder on Feb. 7, 2015.

Star Wars Epic Yarns: A New Hope

Jedi apprentices and little princesses will delight in this (heart)felt retelling of the Star Wars saga. And so will Star Wars fans of any age! The series launches with the original trilogy, and every word counts in these small but perfectly formed yarns.
