Chef Jason Neroni of Superba Snack Bar visited Google to share his gnocchi recipe.
Jason Neroni got a job at Disneyland’s Club 33 as a 16 year old and that’s when he discovered a love and aptitude for the kitchen. He started by working for Chez Panisse by working on the line and his career-long reverence for responsibly sourced ingredients. He continued in prestige kitchens in New York and California that landed him a partnership to create Superba Snack Bar, but now renamed The Rose.
