Anita Lo

Anita Lo, chef and owner of Annisa, is one of the most respected chefs in the country, earning numerous accolades for her inventive Contemporary American cuisine. She opened Annisa in 2000, right nearby in Greenwich Village, and appeared on Top Chef Masters. Chef Lo released her first cookbook, Cooking Without Borders, in October 2011.

April Bloomfield

April is a native of Birmingham, England, she did her culinary studies at Birmingham College. Ruth Rogers and Rose Gray at The River Café was where she learned to appreciate the beauty and simplicity of food. The Spotted Pig has earned one star from the Michelin Guide for six consecutive years.
