Talk: Captain America: Civil War

Joe and Anthony Russo joined us in London to discuss their latest movie Captain America: Civil War and the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The Russo Brothers also directed Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and will be directing the next two Avengers: Infinity War films. They won an Emmy Award for their work on the comedy series Arrested Development and served as executive producers and directors on the first several seasons of sitcom Community.

Anthony Russo co-directed Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War, and Avengers: Infinity War with his brother Joe. He also directed the post-credits scene of Ant-Man with Joe. He was nominated for a Saturn Award for Best Director for his work on Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Joe Russo

Joseph Russo is an American film and television director. He’s done work with his brother, Anthony, as producer, screenwriter, and editor. The brothers directed the superhero films Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Captain America: Civil War, and Avengers: Infinity War that is scheduled for release in 2018.
